fwanalog software package provides firewall log-file report generator (using analog), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fwanalog
fwanalog is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fwanalog package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fwanalog *
You will get with fwanalog package name, version, architecture and description in a table
